IMPORTANT: Qronology's astrological forecasts, reports, and insights are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. Astrology is not a science and should not be used as a basis for making important life decisions.

We do not claim that our forecasts are accurate, complete, or applicable to any individual's specific circumstances. Astrological insights are interpretive in nature and should not replace professional advice from qualified experts (physicians, attorneys, financial advisors, etc.).

7.2 No Warranty

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qronology and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qronology and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qronology regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
